Hickoryvale

The Hickoryvale Drive Emergency Culvert Replacement Project served to replace a critically compromised structure and minimize the threat to public safety from the failing structure. The previous structure consisted of two corrugated metal elliptical pipes with a total effective opening of 39.3 square feet. The new structure is a 4’ X 12’ precast box culvert with a 48 square foot opening. The project was contracted to Cornell Harbison Excavating. Construction started March 31st and was completed on April 4th. In addition, a new headwall and outlet structure was installed along with improvement to existing sidewalk. Total cost of the project was $82,325.
